I don't know ALL of them but I will try my best to answer the ones I have information on.
The person saying STOP LAUGHING AT ME was Georgie to Jersey. If you listen closely, during episode 4, you'll hear Georgie say that once you get to CM's door.
Officer B's storyline was cropped out because the team had a debate on how the story should go I believe.
I don't entirely know about the Crane thing, but I heard Bigby kills him because of the whole fantasies he has about Snow. That's what somebody told me.
If you're asking WHEN, its during episode 3 if you decide to go to Crane's place second, and not first. WHY? I don't know.
Regarding the glamour:
If you go with the "Nerissa was Faith" theory, then I don't think that Faith necessarily would have had to have gotten the glamour from Greenleaf, or anyone else. Bufkin said that technically anyone could create a glamour with some basic knowledge and the right tools. So, it's possible that Faith could have made it herself. Greenleaf obviously made several glamour tubes, so Faith didn't even have to make a tube for herself. She could have taken one of Lily's or something. She then could have stolen Nerissa's hair (the girls used the same dressing room, after all. Easy to get a hair sample), and a picture or whatever else she needed could also be explained by the fact that the girls were friends and worked at the same place.
This is a plot hole for me. Why are you here Dum?
I wondered that too! Unless he was sneaking about because he was shadowing Faith (maybe this was from after she stole the photo) and he was just caught in the background? Maybe that's reaching, but it's the best explanation I can come up with.
Otherwise, maybe he just wanted to photo bomb them.
They're private investigators, right? They have plenty of files on people. They were probably just spying on one of them.

When you look through Lily's effects in Episode 2, there was a note (I think I'm remembering this right), from Lily asking one of the girls to cover for her. Since Lily nearly always need glamour, it's safe to assume they had a ready supply, and likely had a fair few of each other on hand for when they would cover for one another. That's kind of pivotal to the whole "the first "Faith" we met was actually Nerissa" theory. Presumably these girls wouldn't have had to go see Auntie Greenleaf or some other black market witch every time they needed to cover for one another. That would defeat the need for covering a shift in the first place, given the planning and foresight involved. I, myself, was actually in the "we never met Faith, she had died before Episode 1 and we've always been dealing with Nerissa" camp, until I remembered the seemingly throwaway line about Swineheart needing to run more tests to say for certain it was Faith's head. The only problem I have with this other (Nerissa is Faith) theory is, shouldn't Lawrence have been able to see through the glamour? He (if you saved him) and Nerissa were both at Lily's funeral, and the story goes that he could see through her donkeyskin where others couldn't. I guess maybe glamour is tougher to see through than donkeyskin.
