Jane will come back.
She showed herself at many points to actually care for the group despite wanting to be a loner, they did a whole bunch of development on her character, and she's about the only person that could be able to get Clementine out of that standoff at the end. I can totally imagine her coming back and playing a major role in saving Clementine in Episode Five.
