Is there a problem here?

First of all: Holy shit! Oh my God! Holy shit! S2E4 was insane, and has definitely earned its place as my favourite of the season so far.

But here's my problem:
The injured russian kid that has the leg thing like Tiny Tim from TWAU. I chose not to steal from him yet at the end of the episode, he tells everyone that I did steal from him. In my shock I said it was Jane who stole from him and not me (Clem). I said this thinking... well did she steal from him after I left or what?

Did anyone else have this issue? Is this an error in the game? What the hell happened there?

    I think he's referring to Jane. Jane must have stolen his supplies for herself after leaving Clem's group.

    he was either lying or talking about how jane took his gun.

    I think the gun is what he was talking about. There was a couple of audio glitches in my game.

    Gun, probably. Or lazy, lazy Telltale. I also noticed that you can call him Arvo (Put the gun down, Arvo? If I remember correctly) even if he doesn't say his name
