My Sam & Max Season 2 DVD supposedly shipped on August 8, 2008.
It's January 2009 now and I absolutely received no word about it.
I already ordered some goods in the past and they took an insane ammount of time to arrive but they finally managed to get here so I didn't mind the fact that it was taking so long to arrive (and that's why I haven't said anything until now) but this is getting really annoying.

Your package did go out on August 8 via international first class mail. Unfortunately international packages don't have tracking numbers, so we don't have any way to find out where it is, but at this point it's safe to assume your DVD is lost in the mail. I'll be happy to ship a replacement to you, but first please send me a private message with your shipping address so I can ensure we're sending it to the right place.
