I took the medicine so what happens when you don't want to? Does Jane take it anyway or something?
It doesn't matter in the game, it only matters inside your head. What would Lee think of Clem if she stole the meds? I didn't take them for this very reason.
No, she takes Arvo's gun and threatens him to not return. When she leaves the group, it's revealed during the confrontation that she went back and stole supplies anyway (hence the group believing you stole from them).
