TWD Season 2 Starting Screen Freezing

So I'm on Xbox and since it's the day before Amid they Ruins releases I thought I would check my choices to remember what I did. The problem is every time I press start when told to I'm taken to a black screen and the game and my Xbox freezes to the point where I have to turn off my Xbox. Is this because everything is updating? Will this be fixed tomorrow or what should I do to fix it myself?

    It's funny I haven't had any problems but today of all days... I'll update what happens tomorrow.

    I just tried playing about 2 hours after the original problem and it's working fine now. I don't know what that was and how it's fixed but it's working somehow. Good luck to whoever else is having this problem and I hope you have the same outcome from the problem as me.
