Some choices doesn't matter yes just like the ending too
if you don't shoot then kenny will and end with the same result

Jane tries to lift it up while luke and kenny hold back walkers, but she still doesn't get out. ;-;

Nah. She falls down, you can make Jane try to save her, but she isn't able to and just flees and leaves Sarah for the walkers.
