Why didn't Clem have the option to call Kenny out for the Larry "incident"?

I mean Clem was crying when Kenny dropped that salt-lick on Larry's head back in season one. You would figure if she was upset with Kenny's behavior over Sarita's death (like my Clem was) she would have angrily brought that traumatic stuff up. I was looking for any option to argue with him on how hypocritical he was but the best I could do was mention shooting Lee before he turned.

Disclaimer : I don't hate Kenny, I just wish we got more in the open because it felt just unresolved and even hostile afterwards. (My Clem gave him a dirty look later on)

    I do wish there had been more options to argue with him, but Larry wasn't exactly important to Clem. She was just young and scared. Sarita was extremely important to Kenny, almost a replacement of affection after Katjaa.
