Do you access the web through a proxy?

Hey, does your employer/school/whatever make you access the internet via an HTTP or SOCKS proxy? If so, can you please drop me a PM with as many specifics of the setup you're behind as possible? I may have a few questions for you.

I never... never... thought I'd see TTG asking for help from it's forumites... wow... just... wow...

On that note if nobody with major experience is on here, I do know the basics of proxies (have been forced to use HTTP Proxy under Windows before due to a lack of a router at times) I might be able to help if the problem is basic...

I use a proxy at work, but I don't have a whole lot of specifics on it. I just know I have to type an extra password to access the public Internet, and any program that wants to has to have the proxy machine name. I wouldn't play Telltale games at work anyway, though. (I know, you guys do, so why shouldn't I?)

I think there are anonymizers out there that you can set up to use as a proxy, so if you want a cheap way to play with one, you might investigate one of those.

Yes, at times. When work really gets so boring already. I keep it as discreet as possible though. :D

I use it sometimes to download my files with the help of proxy. But not every time I need it.
