In Harm's Way choices bug..I just need some help so that I can play ep. 4 with no worries..

Hey, everyone. Listen, I just started playing season 2(on Xbox) and I love it, but I'm having trouble. Every single time I start episode 3("In Harm's Way), it displays choices that I didn't make. One in particular where instead of me being outside with Kenny, I remain inside the lodge and it shows me running towards Alvin, probably in an attempt to save him. However, these are not the choices I made in episode 2 before and I was just wondering if anyone knew how to fix it or can give me any advice on where the issue might be? I, at least, made sure that I was waiting out the credits, too! Thank you all so much for being such an awesome TellTale family!

    I find another bug in episode 4... when Clem and Jane left the group to look at Luke, Nick and Sarah... Clementine's scar disappear and then it reapear later in the episode...

    In my playthrough Kenny didn't shoot Carver but In Episode 3 it says Kenny did and Alvin died. That sucks
