Download Troubles (WiiWare)

I've been trying to download SBCG4AP Ep. 1 for nearly a week now. The only problem is that it I keep getting the error 202011. I doubt it's my router because I'm able to download other games just fine. Has this happened to anyone and does anyone have a solution?

    Is it cloudy in Seattle? I was downloading some VC stuff and got the 202011 error once, searched on some forums somewhere and they said that it could have been due to:

    Nintendo server problems (maintenance, overload)

    Or the weather conditions in Seattle.

    I tried the next day and it worked fine.
