Why the hell didn't Kenny...? (SPOILERS)
Sarita gets bitten. Clem has the option of either chopping off her arm, or killing the zombie. If she kills the zombie, Kenny runs off with Sarita in tow.
They meet up at Parker's Run in the morning after an undisclosed amount of time. Sarita is dying from the bite. Why didn't Kenny or Mike try to amputate her arm once they were safely out of the parking lot?

I didn't look like either of them had anything sharp. Kenny had a crowbar, and Mike had a hammer.
Perhaps it was too late. You have to do it asap or else there will be a better chance of the victim turning.
He probably also remembers what happened to Lee if you cut his arm off.
I'm pretty sure Reggie mentioned that they cut his arm off minutes after the bite(Kenny didn't have any confirmation that amputating works prior to that). By the time they got there they it was already too late.
After the amount of time it took to get to Parkers Run it was too late to save Sarita. Cutting off her arm wouldnt have done any good. With the adrenaline, heart pumping, the infection would have been in her system in a minute. Her only chance to survive the bite itself was to have Clem cut off her arm in that instant, but even that would have killed her even if the zombies wouldnt have bitten her again. The blood loss from her chopped arm would have killed her in less than a minute. It wasnt a clean cut, there was no tourniquet, and again with the heart pumping in that sort of highly stressful moment she would have bled out. Sarita was doomed the second she was bitten.. The only thing we had a choice with was when/how she died. On the ground with Clem's hatchet or in the tent with Kenny.
