He's the last one...
Luke is officially the last remaining survivor of the cabin group. And it makes me so sad. 4 Episodes in, and literally everyone out of the cabin group is dead (other than Luke). Let's have a 'memorial'. Who died when and how?
The last memorial for the cabin group.
1.The first to die is Pete. He is either eaten by walkers at the riverside (if you chose to save Nick) or eaten protecting Clementine and later put down by (probably) Carver.
Nick's next. He can die in 202. If you make Walter hate him, the latter will leave him for the walker. If you make Walter save Nick, he will instead die in 204 (probably bled out after a gunshot wound or got infected walker blood in his bloodstream). Clementine will put Nick down.
Next on our list: Alvin. If you don't stop Carver (if you surrendered) or stop Kenny (if you searched for him), he will be shot in the face by Carver. If this doesn't happen, Carver will beat him up badly, and he dies saving Clementine.
Carlos is eaten outside Howe's Hardware Store by the herd after being shot in the neck and tumbling towards them.
Sarah will either be eaten by walkers in the trailer park (if Clem chooses to leave her behind), or eaten by walkers at the observation deck (if convinced to leave the trailer park).
Rebecca dies by bleeding out after childbirth and/or of exhaustion. She is either shot in the head by Clementine (if chosen to shoot her) or shot in the head by Kenny (if Clementine calls for help or does nothing).
Trivia:
4 out of 6 deceased cabin group members can die directly by walkers. Pete, Nick, Sarah and Carlos.
6 out of 6 deceased cabin group memebers can reanimate as walkers (partly not seen on screen, but heavily assumed). Pete's death always leads to an reanimation, so does Carlos' and Sarah's. Nick can reanimate in both scenarios, but is probably put down by Carver's hunting group in his first death. Alvin can reanimate if saved in 202. He will be killed by a bullet in the breast, thus will reanimate (if Carver's group didn't put him down). Rebecca always will reanimate as a walker.
8 out of 11 possible death scenes (for the entire cabin group other than Luke) have to do with guns. Pete being put down if saved in 201, Walter not saving Nick in 202 (although has a gun), Nick being shot, what probably caused his death, in 204, Alvin being shot in the head or the chest, Carlos being hit by gunfire and Rebecca being shot by Clementine or Kenny.
Sarah is the only character wose death never is caused in any way by a gun, even though Clementine can teach her how to shoot in 202.
10 out of 11 death scenes include, to some extent, walkers, the only one not fulfilling that being Alvin's death in 202.
Carlos is the only cabin group member whose death is preset.

Its actually sad thinking about all the loss we've had. Rebecca dying at the end was a shame. Nick and Sarah's deaths annoyed me a lot.

Thank you for this post! Y'know, I was so busy being depressed over how many people have died (especially Nick, Sarah and Rebecca, I put emotions into their welfare...) that I didn't even notice Luke was the last one left. No wonder the poor guy is so messed up right now.
It's interesting that Sarah is the only character whose death has nothing to do with a gun. After teaching her to use it before, I was so certain she'd accidentally shoot herself or something.
