How would you change TWD's story?

If you could change The Walking Dead story, Seasons 1 or 2, what would you change and how would you change it?
Personally, I'd change Carver getting killed to getting seriously injured, with half his face ripped off. Troy discover Carver and drags him off to get someone with medical experience to heal him. It isn't pretty, and Carver decides to wear a mask. Things go nearly the same as before with the herd, minus Troy's dick-loss. From there, Carver spends Episode 4 to heal.
Meanwhile, on Clementine's side...
If you save Nick, he survives until the deck fight. If Sarah was saved, he'll try to save Sarah, and succeed, but at the cost of his own life. If Sarah wasn't saved, he'll die, saving Clementine from a walker.
If Nick wasn't saved in Episode 2, and you saved Sarah, you have to choose between letting Jane die to save Sarah or letting Sarah die to save Jane.
Arvo still shows up, but he's working for Carver, basically because Carver's group and the 400 Days characters shoots the Russian group up (at least there's no fucking up the Russian language ). He distracts the group as Carver walks up to see Rebecca and her baby. Carver makes a speech telling them that he's lost all compassion for the group and that the group all deserves death for what they did. As he does so, Clem sees a group of men and women sneaking up... Nate, Eddie, and the 400 Days group that stayed at the camp show up, and we see close-ups of everyone's faces before Clementine notices Rebecca becoming a walker. You can choose to shoot Rebecca or let Kenny do it, but either way, Rebecca dies, Carver gets pissed, and the groups begin a skirmish, just like the episode before.

I'd make it so Nick doesn't die and actually plays a role in the episodes :P

Might sound kind of lame but I'd almost like a Walking Dead story where things are well organized and people have their shit together. You know, a weird slice-of-life story, maybe have some tension/inner politics but actually have things work out for once. I just feel like it's the same-old same-old at this point: protagonist finds a group or place, then everything goes to shit.
I'd make it where Jane could kill Arvo. I just don't see why she didn't just kill him. You just robbed this crippled man and no one these days is alone. He had a gun on him, the supplies, and you just took it from him.
Yeah, hopefully something like that happens in Wellington. I know for a fact stuff like that happened in the Alexandria Safe-Zone in the comics.

Man if I lived in a Zombie setting and knew who the protagonist was I would try to kill them right away because anywhere the storyline goes inevitably falls apart.
Man I thought that raccoon was going to scratch someone and give rabies.
