Mike's ear? I just think it's interesting how it's all torn up and he has that big face scar. Think Carver did that, or a walker? Or something else even?

    The popular consensus is that Mike was grazed by a bullet. It would makes sense that part of his ear is blown off too. My guess would be accidental friendly fire. If walkers were closing in, it would be too easy to panic and accidentally shoot a survivor, or even fire a shot that goes through the target and hits someone on the other side.

    That's a pretty good one and given how erratic the shape of the ear torn is I wouldn't guess it was intentionally cut that way?

    Mike is actually the cure for the zombie virus.

    The government took a bit of his ear to produce vaccines.

    As for the scar on his face, it was from a raccoon he tried eating the shit out of.
