How die she die?
How did Rebecca die? I'm not entirely sure she was a walker. I just seen her eyes close, then open even though they were very whiteish and leaned over the baby and it gave me the option to shoot or call for help. Maybe I missed something but did she get an infection even though their were plenty of meds or hypothermia from it being to cold?

She was growling like one, too. I think just the whole giving birth thing, and lack of food finally wore out her body.
she was sick and exhausted the night after having the baby she kept coughing and didn't look good at at all and complained about being freezing i think she was dying from the moment she gave birth
Not sure it was probably hypothermia plus exhaustion
Well, based on the two choices (wait a few days, go the next morning) I think kind of determines it. If you went the next morning, she dies of exhaustion, but if you wait a few days, she dies of starvation.
a doctor might really know what caused her sudden death. I'm serious.

I didn't realize that she reanimated the first time, so I was kinda confused when I was given the prompt to shoot her. Then I was even more confused when Clem cried out for help and Kenny shot her.
As for what killed her, it could be any number of things. Heart attack from exhaustion or hypothermia. Also there's usually internal bleeding after giving birth. If that's the case, the long walk would have made it a lot worse.
In short, I'd chalk it up to giving birth in shitty conditions.
Giving birth can be deadly.
Without the conveniences of modern medicine and proper/clean shelter, she was pretty much doomed.
What about Christa?It's odd that she survived just like that.
I don't know how she turned so fast.
I only know her death was some creepy sh*t
