About killing off characters,,, (Spoilers)

It seems like everytime I make a topic, it starts an arguement. Anyways, I just want to know if people complained as much about killing off characters for S1 as they are now? I mean the deaths of Carley/Doug, Katjaa, Duck, and Lily's dissaperance aren't much different than Carlos, Sarah, Alvin, and Nick. I guess HOW Nick died sorta bothered me, but the actual death didn't. People are getting killed off, but that's nothing new. That's what the game has been about since "A New Day".

I think the biggest complaint is just how it seemed to happen in such rapid succession that me personally, I felt I was trapped in a b rated horror movie as opposed to the walking dead. Depending upon your choices (going off my own playthrough) you lose Sarita, find Nick already done for, lose Sarah then Rebecca all in what felt like a matter of moments. My biggest complaint was Sarah though. In season 1, you lost several people but it seemed more spaced out. This sortof seemed a bit lazy to me. I think had they saved 1 of the characters to die in episode 5, it might not have been quite so taxing on people. I will still play episode 5 but I am not happy with how they did this one. I hope they really up the anty for episode 5 and make it much more engaging.

  • I guess the frequent death bothers some people. It doesn't bother me. In a world where one bite is all it takes, I expect it.
