Can you see what it looks like? In the teaser im pretty sure it had him showing his eye to clem saying something like "do I still look pretty".

I don't know, but that teaser didn't match the episode at all. (i.e. Happy Kenny)
In my playthrough, I got a very short glimpse at it. It's at the end of the tent scene. Clem walks up next to Kenny and looks at his face, he says not to worry about it (pretty sure you have to be nice to him during the scene to get to this point). You then have several dialog options. I chose "it looks like it must hurt" and then Clem lifted the patch for a moment. His eye didn't look that bad to me, but then again, I only saw it very briefly.
He shows Clem but we don't see it.
He was hiding a very small toy of a duck inside his ruined eye. Sadly we didn't get to see it.
It looked like the eye wasn't even in the socket... When it zoomed up on the blood in the tent when they left I thought Kenny had given himself surgery and pulled it out..
