Bonnie is hiding something
When you are at the museum if you don't want to go through the opening and bonnie does and gets grabbed by walker. When mike saves bonnie he attempts to see her arm and bunnies pulls away suddenly saying its fine, could she have been bitten!

No, she explains why she's covering her arm. She says that she has old scars that she doesn't want them to see. The scars are from her previous drug use.
She took drugs, remember? They are marks from the drugs.

She used to be a drug addict so probably old needle marks.

She's concealing the fact that she used to be a junkie. She already helped Carver capture the group in Episode and feels that they're still wary of her, so them finding out tht she used to shoot up like there was no tomorrow wouldn't really do much to make them think better of her.

Question's been answered plenty already, but yes, it's scars from her drug use. Probably just some needle scars. They're called track marks I think, right? Anyways I'm pretty sure she's not bitten or she should have been showing it a lot by the end of the episode.
