Thoughts - Episode 4: Amid The Ruins
*******************SPOILER ALERT*******************
I've been reading a lot of threads on the Telltale Community recently about the newest episode and cannot help but to make a thread about MY thoughts about it. Feel free to comment and share your thoughts too! (Pardon, first time making a thread)
I would rate this episode... 9/10! Best one in Season 2 so far. Good job, Telltale! Especially loved the plot twisters for Sarah, Rebecca, Sarita. I honestly thought Sarita was going to make it but apparently she decided to go satan screaming and get herself killed. Mmmmm but I do not have much feelings for her so I guess it was more of an "OMG" factor. I loved the character development we had with Mike and Bonnie. Luke and Jane's sex was just... ugh. I am starting to loathe the sight of Luke... He seems to be missing everytime we need him. And man, I feel for Kenny... To me, he is the damn right example of how all of us commoners would be like when we are thrown into an apocalypse. To lose your loved ones not once, but twice - Is a torture on its own. I wouldn't blame him for being suicidal. However, I would have liked to see Sarah live on instead. Considering that she has been the main character of S2 (one of the mains, anyway) I thought we would eventually be able to see her morph into a stronger person like Clementine has. I would also have loved to see Jane stay with the group. I am quite confident she would come back though. I am keeping my fingers crossed that Episode 5 would be even more kick-ass!
What do you guys reckon about Episode 4? :-)
(P/S: People who keep complaining in the forums that they are disappointed - Screw u even though u are entitled to your opinion. Telltale cannot cater to everyone's decision. For example, you can't have Sarah alive in 45% of the people's playthrough and for the remaining percentage, Sarah is dead. It would be too difficult to develop a game considering that there are so many different people alive and dead in their different walkthroughs. Plus, this is the walking dead. People are bound to die. It is hard to get someone to become strong, example Sarah and Nick when they are impulsive or too afraid. It is sad to say but only the strong survive. Look what Clemmy had to go through before she hardened up. This is how one survives - Not by being scared and wanting Dad to come back. You have to be strong, tough yet try to remain your humanity at the same time. Telltale offers you choices to do what you want, but doesn't mean you HAVE to get a different outcome for every choice you make. Spare a thought for the writers!)

I liked it though disagree with it being hard having certain characters alive.
