So what about the Clementine model with the blood trickling on her face? Was it just for the slide or I assume maybe it will appear in Ep5? Did I miss anything?

We probably have to choose sides in episode 5? I don't know.
Apparently it was just there for the lolz. Or you could say it is symbolic in some form or another. Could be for next episode but it doesn't really look that likely.
If you took away the creepy cult in the background and replaced them with zombies it would make sense since Clem would just be putting more walker guts on herself like at the start.
Well for that matter, what about Vince or Eddie? They were also in the slide but had absolutely nothing to do with the episode whatsoever. Which is almost kind of like a middle finger from Telltale, because they know we think way too much about stupid shit like that. They know that we're going to brighten the slides and see those characters there, so why couldn't they just indulge us?
This is what I've been asking myself at the end of nearly every episode this season. I had such high expectations for all 4 of these episodes, but when they all ended, I was left staring at my computer screen feeling as though I either missed something or Telltale forgot to include something.

A character model does exist...
We had it wrong all along. It's not Clem putting blood on, it was her cleaning it off. That would explain how they are squeaky clean in episode 4.
The slides could have hinted things that were originally supposed to happen?
