when trying to save sarah in the trailer, you can say that, later in the episode, if the walker tries to bite bonnie's hand in the museum, she also says ''christ, that would've been a stupid way to die''
now could this be foreshadowing something ?

Could be.
Jane says you didn't save Sarah after escaping the trailer with Sarah if you convinced her. I think this foreshadowed her death later near the end of the episode.
