Problems playing TWD

I just purchased season 2 and created an account (Didn't have one as I watched a playthrough of the first season) but now when I try to log in to play the game, it tells me I do not own the game. How could I fix this? Sorry If this isn't the right area to post this, if it isn't a redirection would be appreciated.
