Thoughts on a DLC for this season...
So, I was thinking that if they make a DLC like 400 days for this season, it could perhaps be focused on several of the popular characters of season 2 and their first days of the apocalypse. It'd be fantastic to be able to have several short stories with people like Nick, Luke... heck maybe even Carver. Maybe Nick and Luke could share an episode and you choose which of them to play?
Biggest problem I see with this is that the choices would only be able to really affect the DLC rather than the main game, since it's too late for that now.
What do you guys think? Have any different ideas for a DLC?

just as long as we are not promised it could influence season 3 like 400 days was supposed too this season a dlc would be great XD
Yeah, that was pretty lame to be honest, but it did allow us to learn more about Bonnie, and she's a pretty major character.
It should follow Jane after she leaves the group.. She starts vomiting heavily and doesn't know whats wrong with her..

also people on this forum pointed out the fact that Clementine was with christa and omid for over a year surely some stuff must have happened it couldnt have been all happy days with Nothing happening a dlc showing come of that time between would be pretty cool
Could be cool if we got to see Luke, Nick, Pete and Nick's mum all together. Maybe we could be some random character who's in their group and we get to see things like when Nick had to kill his mum.
Actually, if the DLC just focused on that and the events leading up to it, it'd be great. Could really develop a lot of the cabin survivors.
I wanted to know how Kenny survived and how it was when he met Sarita, either that or a DLC with Christa during those 16 months that they skipped.

Yeah a lot of people felt that Nick was wasted too so I'd like to see him and what made him like he is in the main season.

I would like to have a DLC in 400 Days format where it focuses on whoever survives this season and some people we will meet next season. We will get to take our time with each survivor and play through an intense or emotional moment with them that we haven't seen yet.
Let's say for example that the season two survivors are Clementine, Christa, Luke and Kenny.
Clementine's story will be set during the year and a half that she spent alone with just Christa.
Christa's will be set after she is separated from Clementine.
Luke's could be when he is planning the breakout from Carver's community. We'll get to see Bonnie's hesitance to follow, Reggie being left behind, and it could all end when they meet up at Parker's Run (someone mentions in the game that they all met up there after they left)
Kenny's could be after he was separated from Lee, Omid, and Christa.
On the assumption that we could end up in Wellington for season three, other characters we could play as would be people we would eventually meet in Wellington or at least sometime in the season.
DLC: Missed Moments (like Kenny after Savannah, Christa and Clem after Omid's death (what happened), how Clem found Christa and Omid, how the 400 days group arrived to Carver's community, this kind of stuff...)
If we don't find out what happens to Christa in episode 5 maybe we can have a DLC on that. I'd also like to know what happens to Lilly. There's some theories that she appears in the comic with a slightly different name but we don't know for sure. It might also be interesting to see how Carver originally formed his group and came up with the ideas for the place he ran.
I've got a few ideas:
DLC: Untold Stories - whoever survives at the end of "No Going Back" will sit around a campfire and tell each other a story about their past, in the form of a flashback.
DLC: The Forgotten - a story characters that were forgotten, thought to be dead or left behind from their groups venture through a harsh journey to find a safe sanctuary.
DLC: Outbreak - a story about characters before and during the outbreak, how they managed to cope with the people around them and their plans for surviving the inevitable apocalypse.
i still think we are better off having a non canon dlc just for fun maybe chuck in a cyborg lee like how the comics had a special issue where the outbreak was revealed to be caused by aliens and there was a cyborg governor and rick had a robot hand better that than giving us the false hope of things affecting the next season that is 400 days
Follow the 400 Days characters, again from a perspective of different timeframes as different characters, reacting to the choices we made in 400 Days in large ways as it further explores the earlier version of Carver's camp and what happens during and after the events of Episode Three.

It's hard to tell what you want from the DLC when Season 2 hasn't finished.
Although what I'd like would be something that gives a bit of background on Season 3. If Season 3 is going to be located somewhere entirely different, id' like something that focuses on that new backdrop.
I like that 400 Days had multiple characters all revolving around the Diner but a big complaint even though we knew it would be like that is each chapter was short. If they make DLC then I'd like it to be set around one or two characters playable. More would just be less in chapter length. Two completely different stories or two characters who become separated and it's determinant whether they get back together? That or the timeskip :P
And I want DLC that puts all shit together. We don't know what happened to Lily, Molly, Jane, Vernon and others. Maybe adding up some new characters that'd make some impact on season 3. I'd like that those previous chars fates would be confirmed.
