Who's coming back? Lily or Christa?

So I was thinking, back in season 1 when Lily freaking explodes and kills Doug/Carley, you had the option to either keep her or leave her. If you left her she ran off into the night from the horde, but if you kept her she stole the RV. What if that decision from way back when is the determinant of whether or not we see Christa again? I mean Lily's chances of surviving are way higher in the RV. So, let's say, if you left Lily, you get Christa. If you kept Lily, we see her again. Seems like something TellTale might pick up on.
