The pizza would be the baby, and ice cream, for cold survivalism, could be Kenny. Kenny's obviously attached to the baby, so saving him over the baby would REALLY piss him off.

That'd be a very hard choice but raising a baby in real life is difficult and raising a baby in TWD would be near impossible.
