Telltale talk should be divided up among the forums, rather than as a section of it's own. I'm not sure if it would possible, but rather than having those sections in 'general talk,' if there were a general talk portion at the top of the forum section - sort of the same thing that happened with fanfics... (IE Walking Dead General Talk ------)
