Better fates for determinant characters. Make who lives or dies actually mean something.
If there's one nice thing I can say about Mass E… moreffect 3, it's that BioWare gave most of the characters who could potentially have died last game satisfying roles and sendoffs. And they weren't all marked for death from the start.
season 1 hubs were ok as they had good stuff to do,
twau/twd s2 hubs have been a much smaller affair since s2 ep1 the 'camp site' whic… moreh for me and maybe others wasn't clear how to proceed (throwing the frizbee 3 times)
i'm ok with interactions in hubs but they need some pay off like a scene or some important info, other wise if it's just to look at it it's kind of disappointing :P
i agree with hubs, but are you forgetting that the only difference between carley and doug was that with carley we got to tell people about our past and with doug we didn't, i actually though the choice between nick and pete had more effect because they each got their own scene based on our choice, but that being said, more effort put into determinate characters would be good, and just more effort in reactions to our choices in general, not just one changed line of dialogue then never mentioned again.
also i think some of the choices in season two felt like tricks, like the sarita choice, because obviously the best option would have been to cut her hand off once we got past the hoard of zombies (a few minutes later) and had a chance to stop the bleeding, or the choice to leave in the morning or wait three days while doing absolutely nothing, obviously the best choice would be to stay for a few days while still scavenging, building a fire and more shelter, basically no choices that are at either extreme when obviously the middle ground would be better
I'd rather play a new character. Maybe a teenage boy? Most of the games no are adult male youthful female, gets kinda old. And then maybe he could run into a lone Clementine who is distrustful and emotionally scarred because everyone around her died again in S2.

Kenny! I need him. Gavin Hammon plays very well at the episode 4.
Kenny: You know what it feels like to get beaten almost to death? Peaceful. It feels peaceful. It was like I was floating away, watching the whole thing happen to me. And then I woke up again, and nothin's changed.
The only thing that I'd like is if they bring in a character as good as Nick, they don't abandon him/her on a fence gate and take his/her speaking ability away.
but when the group has been as bad as season 2's only decent people for me are jane / kenny/ sarita everyone else has just been meh or seriously ? or walker bait..or a judgmental cowardly idiots..or just completely inept...which kinda stretched the 'realism' and emersion of stuff
What I would like to have is a create a character option....you pick a default character history out of like 3 then you go from there. Makes your choices feel like they matter more at least for me.
yeah i gotcha, which is why i'm not keen with hubs at the mo, and why they suck.
for all the stuff that we could do including even some obvious stuff, how long does it take to add in a few extra hotspots and some simple dialogue n text form or a zoom in for detail ?
yes we could demand a lot more out of them giving ttg more work to do and thus making a releases a bit slower but we have them issues anyway :P
Exactly, maybe in one part, instead of gathering supplies to barely scrape by, they could find a decent camp, and then go out on scouting missions to find furniture and stuff to actually make it a bit comfortable.

kinda like the character history like mass effect just something it can use to pick where your story starts....after the start it would all lead to the same place maybe more like dragon age was

i dont mind if it stays linear i just would like to make my own character for the story......it can be the same story for everyone just let me make me lol

Seconded. It'd be nice if determinant characters didn't automatically make us give up all hope of seeing them play an important role.
Okay Season 3
I want no expectations for Season 3. Let them show us what ideas they have in mind before we start making conclusions.
I want to be surprised with what Season 3 gives me.
You're supposed to proceed by looking in the trash can after dealing with the zombie at the tree.
Clementine to take her hat off for a bit. She looks adorable without it.
i know but you don't see the bin straight away on first throw, and clem can't move to the bin until sam goes near it.
that what's happened to me
i said using the pause button for a break from the feels..
didn't say anything about pacing..

not for me.
What about CLem's Baby
Lilly was kind of against the rest of the group for only two or so scenes so that doesn't really count either![:/ :/](https://community.telltalegames.com/resources/emoji/confused.png)
I want Lee.
I want Kenny.
More Kenny. And more hugging Kenny.

carver was 'killing the weak' so the strong 'could live'
is lilly going down that route further after she shoots carley just because lilly didn't trust her so much of a stretch ?
they did in season 1, 3 episodes around the motel. then people complained it got boring.
that makes zero sense.
nick was a bumbling idiot with a huge chip on his shoulder, who almost shot clem, killed russell for no reason..
nick is basically a younger version of kenny but with out kenny's smarts..
no thanks,
It got boring because they didn't go anywhere with it. Think what Rick's group did with the prison in the comics. I want something like that.
I want this game on xbox 360
3rd :P

You mean like mass effect?

Telltale is not Bioware, Obsidian, etc. - Telltale makes point-and-click adventure games that have linear stories. This probably will not change.
i dont mind if it stays linear i just would like to make my own character for the story......it can be the same story for everyone just let me make me lol
