Can't get free game

I am a subscriber to the newsleter but I cant get the free game I even tried re-subscribing to it but i still can't get the game.

    I think that the offer is just for new subscribers, since I haven't received any free game either (I want it, though).

    You'll get a definitive answer from the Telltale Team, hopefully.
