When i launch the game i get a black screen, i can hear the games audio but see nothing on screen

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try switching the game to Windowed Mode using the shortcut (Alt+Enter if on PC, Command+F if on Mac) and see if you are then able to see the game successfully. Then try lowering the game's resolution and graphics settings to a lower setting, and see if you can then switch it back to full screen mode.
