Carl VS Clementine?
Who do you think is the better survivor?
Personally i think Clementine is the better survivor. Now hear me out. Clementine showed such maturity and hardship to such an extent that she had the capability of surviving on her own. After she shot (you know who) at the end of season 1, she learned that all Lee wanted was her to survive. And thus began a new Clementine. She escaped Savannah by herself surrounded by thousands of walkers, and killed many. She had the spirit to put down a dog, and sneaked into a house to get medical supplies and stitched up her own arm, thus proving she wasn't bitten.
However, Carl was always trying to prove himself in season 2, and led the death of (you know who) by allowing a walker escape from the mud. In season 3 and 4, he did straighten out, and killed a man with no hesitation for the sake of his group. But, he is not a good survivor on his own. As shown in season 4 second half, he left Rick "for good". But in reality he only lasted 10 minutes and couldn't handle 3 walkers, while Clem has taken on many. Then he went back to his group as usual.
With this being said, Carl can only survive with a group, while Clementine can be on her own, as stated by fellow group members, and also with a group. Kenny even stated that Clementine is better than 3 adults put together. So this should speak for itself.
Any thoughts?

In my opinion, the show is incredibly overrated. You have two-three action packed episodes then like 5-8 episodes that drag like crazy....
I'd say Clementine by far.
I would have to say Clementine, only because Carl tends to need a gun to take down an enemy.
LOL, this is kind of easy for me, Clem .....PRAISECLEMENTINE
no no no its CORAL
Is this like... a trick question or something?
It actually does.
Clementine is better but in the TV series Carl will become a great character overtime but at the moment he doesn't hold a candle to Clementine
ill always prefer Clementine though![<3 <3](https://community.telltalegames.com/resources/emoji/heart.png)
The one with the hat.
And plus, this is still only when Clementine is a child. She is 11, while Carl is 14-15. Imagine how much better Clementine would be, than she already is, at that age. Clementine is easily my favorite Character in all of Walking Dead, as well as Lee. I hope they don't kill her off.
The Walking Dead game shares its universe with the comics, not the show, I know that doesn't really have anything to do with your post, but if I'm comparing Clem to Carl, I'll be using Carl from the comics.
As of Issue 127, Carl is about the same age as Clementine is now. Clementine and Carl have both suffered major losses: Carl had to shoot someone, Clementine had to shoot someone (If you chose to). Carl lost his mother and baby sister, Clementine lost both of her parents, and eventually her guardian. Though the two do share these similar experiences, there are differences: While Carl did have to shoot Shane, it was to protect his father whom Shane would have killed otherwise, on the other hand (this is determinate, but I'm going off of my story), Clementine had to shoot Lee, who was her guardian and best friend throughout the entire apocalypse up to that point, she shot him because she didn't want him to turn into a zombie like her parents did. This brings me to my next point, Clementine witnessed her undead parents, she saw them as walkers. Can you imagine how horrible that is? For an 8-year-old to see her undead parents, no different than the thousands of other walkers surrounding them? Carl lost his mother and his baby sister, and yes, Lori and Judith died horrible deaths that we see, while we don't see the deaths of Clem's parents, but Carl did not see his mother and sister die, he never saw their bodies again after that, he didn't know how they died, all he knew is that they didn't make it out. This makes it seem to us like Lori and Judith's deaths are much more terrible, but in reality, Clementine saw her parents' reanimated corpses, which is truly terrible. As Theoden says, "No parent should have to bury their child." No child should have to watch their parents' corpses walk around, knowing that if they try to hug them or go anywhere near them, they will be eaten alive by their own mother or father.
Putting all the other losses they have both been faced with aside, I want to talk about Carl, what has happened to him, what he has seen, and what he has done. Carl Grimes has been shot in the chest, and he has been shot in the eye, causing him to lose part of his skull, and he has fully recovered from all of this. Carl witnessed his father brutally kill a man who tried to rape him. Carl shot Ben, a little boy, after he murdered his own brother. Clementine similarly witnessed Kenny brutally kill Carver, and saw Lilly shoot Carley in the face, but these in my opinion don't compare with Carl. The most bodily harm Clementine has gone through is a gruesome bite from a dog, she has never been shot.
Now, one last thing, many of you will note if you have read the comics that in-between the All Out War story-arc and A New Beginning, everyone including Carl has been living a peaceful* (* the best life you could possibly live in the ZA) life within the Alexandria Safe-Zone. Clementine, however, has only seen peace for three months within the Motor Inn (and we can't even say it was that peaceful). Since then, you can argue Clementine hasn't seen one day of peace. People can say the time Carl has spent within the Safe-Zone has weakened him, and it might have, but in Issue 129 we see Carl save Rick from being killed when he shoots all of the surrounding walkers. I personally doubt they don't practice every day to prepare themselves, and yes practice is different from experiencing the real thing every single day, as Clem probably has based on what we see in All That Remains.
We have seen first hand that Clementine can hold her own when she is by herself, but I don't think that Carl would fare any worse.
