Did Bonnie used to cut herself?

If you have Bonnie go through the window to try to get the water and after you kill the zombie that attacks her when Mike asks her if she is bit she doesn't want to show him her arm and she said, "oh it's nothing ... Just old scars." Do you think Bonnie used to cut herself? Especially because the part of the arm she didn't want to show was where people commonly cut themselves. Also it could have been linked to her drug use that was mentioned in 400 days. Please let me know what you think below.

    In the 400 days DLC it's explained that Bonnie was a drug user but she got off them. If you steal from Arvo and give them to Rebecca later (not in Parker's Run) Bonnie will remark that those must be Oxy,so she still knows her drugs.

    Looks like bonnie knows her opiates and did them too.they're track marks from heroin.
