Pledges for Season 3

So I'm a little new on the forums and I HOPE that I'm not copying another's thread, but I thought it would be cool to make pledges or what you will do for/in season three as in the title. My pledge will most likely be to buy it on telltale's website so I can get episodes faster unless season 2 continues into season 3. Anyway just post what you will do for season 3. :D

you get episodes faster if you buy it from here? wtf?

  • I pledge to play Telltale's games no matter how the story changes.

  • If season 3 is like season 2 I'm out.

For all of those who will say season 2 is only bad because season 1 was so amazing is BS. BTTF and monkey island are other TTG games that we're amazing lots of HUBS, 2 hours per episode, and puzzles!

  • No you don't. Steam releases of Telltale games are available the same day as they are from Telltale's site.

  • Sigh... Okay, I respect your opinion, but Season 2 and its predecessor are made by largely different creative teams. You can't expect the new people to imitate the style of gameplay shown in Season 1. All you can expect of them is to try to do their absolute best to live up to the monumental expectations set up by the original game. If they stay true to the characters and atmosphere, I can forgive a lot.

As long as we're not sending 11-year-old girls to turn off wind turbines again, I'll stick around for a Season 3. (just kidding, of course - I thought that moment was thematically hilarious)

  • I pledge to buy season 3 no matter what.

"A solid 6 out of 10" is not bad. A 6 out of 10 = Good,Okay, decent. But certainly not bad.

Yes, but on Telltale store it's available a few hours earlier.

  • I pledge to be more thankful to all the characters that preformed great deeds for Clem

Like lee barging through a herd to save her, or Christa taking care of her for months, even when she held her responsible for Omid's death. (And teaching her skills, like how to sew up her arm, and how to turn off wind turbines)

  • True, but Steam is awesome and sales you won't ever get from the website. Y'know, in case you were late to the party on a game's initial release and you discover some sort of promo sale after one or a couple episodes are out, in which case "score".

  • How much does the game cost from Telltale directly? I would prefer to have it from Telltale to have it a few hours earlier but it all depends on the price.

  • is there a difference between Telltale's version and steam version? How is it played, do you still launch it through Steam?

  • Nope, you download the game from Telltale website and then when episodes are released they are downloaded via in-game menu. It doesn't launch steam or any other DRM.

  • This. Played season 1 after all episodes were released. Played season as soon as each episode came out. Made season 1 far better and I'm not talking about the storyline either. Hell by the time a new episode comes out I can't remember half the shit that happened in the previous one.

I pledge to play season 3 after all the episodes are out.

  • K then, (I thought it would be more) Gets more beer
