I purchased the game but my phone went to factory settings and it deleted everything how can I get it back

    Can you please clarify if you are currently using an iOS, or Android device? If you have already purchased the game for one of your devices from the corresponding App Store, you should be able to follow the path to purchase the game again, and as long as you are logged into the same account, it should alert you that you have already purchased the item before, and allow you to download it again for free.

  • Having the same issue with my iPad. I had to reset it to factory settings, I was able to download the game but not episodes 2-5!
    When I go to the App Store I can see the history of the purchases but nothing to download them. Help!!!
