Didn't Lee's parents die in the drugstore
Lilly: we found a old couple bodies in the office.

Lee's parents died in Season 1, Episode 1. When talking to Lilly she tells you about "Hauling a couple out of the office" which indeed were Lee's Mother and Father, so that won't be happening. If you're talking about them being un-dead however, then I'm not sure I guess it could play out in numerous ways.
Damn, I should listen more to the convo. Its usually just "PROTECTZ CLEM" when it comes to my mind.
Lee saw his brother a walker! And Lilly said she found couple of bodies! So his dad is dead! We didn't see moms lee so after what she said about couple of bodies... I'm sure his mother didn't make it out too! Those are my thoughts!
If Clementine ever saw Lee's parents it would be back in Macon at the drug store, because Lily said that she went into the office back at the drug store and she said she dragged out 2 bodies.
I felt really sorry for Lee though
If Clementine ever saw Lee's parents, they would either be Dead or a Walker in Macon near the drug store, because Lily said to Lee, that she had to drag out 2 bodies from the office when she went into the drug store.
I felt sorry for Lee though.
Their both dead but if they were alive I don't think Clem would recognise them anyway because I don't think she ever saw the family photo.
