Sam & Max DVD question

I purchased Sam & Max Season 1 DVD for my daughter, to play on her netbook. It won't run without the disc, and her netbook does not have a DVD/CD drive. I made an ISO image, mounted that, but it still won't run.

Is there a way to run the game without the disc? Is there an update or something, that removes the need for the disc?

    I'm sure someone of the Telltale crew will be along any minute, but if you bought the game through this site (in the Telltale store, not a regular store), you can download each episode as well, and you won't need the disc. Just click on 'My Games' (the little joystick) next to your username in the topright corner.

    If you bought the game somewhere else, I'm afraid it won't work without the disc present.

    Unfortunately both the disc from our store and the retail disc are required to be in the drive to play the games. Though like Tjibbbe said if you bought the bonus disc through our site you have access to the download versions that don't require the disc.
