I can't really answer than question until Season 2 is finished.
The walking dead
Hopefully Lee Everett comes back. I don't care if he is dead, the writers could bring him back to life with deus ex machina.
Personally, I would be surprised if it used any of the characters from Season 1 or 2 as the main protagonist.
Well, the only character who I would call an exception to this would be Rebecca's baby, but it would be quite a time skip forward.
I have a feeling I won't make many "friends in agreement" with this statement: But I personally think it's time to get a new set of characters.
I think we will still be playing as clementine. Otherwise, if we are playing as a new character its just going to feel too much of the same. I can't understand playing as another character, the only reason it was a good choice to play as Clam, is because we originally taught her how to survive, what to do, the key things to live now. Not only that but the first game was about saving this little girl in a fucked up world, now we play as her and kind of decide how she ends up dealing/ her personality in this new world. It wouldn't feel right to bring in a new character that we play as.
Other than that, I have no idea until the 5th episode has been released.
Maybe Season 3 will be about Clementine raising Rebecca's son and teaching him to survive?
Now that would be really cool! If the choices we made (for what clementine we decided to be) determined how the baby will end up. We could even end up raising the next big bad guy.

To be honest I think Clem will make it to Wellington in season finale.

Maybe for an spinoff game, but not for a 3rd season.
2-05 will end with Clem (and whoever else in the group survives) making it to Wellington. They find it wasn't just a rumor, and the safe haven actually exists. Season 2 ends on an oddly optimistic note.
Season 3 will start out with the community of Wellington struggling to make it through a long, harsh winter. The good news: sub freezing temps have immobilized (temporarily) the hordes of walkers. The bad news: food/water/supplies are dwindling, so small groups are sent out into the formerly populated neighboring towns to scavenge for anything they can find. The community at Wellington continues to grow in size as more survivors make their way north; putting a greater strain on supplies. The pizza/ice cream choice comes into play as the community begins to divide into two camps, each with their own views on how to run things (and you decide which group you're going to support). One group will be banished from Wellington, while the other gets to remain in the safe zone.
As winter loses it's grip, the respite from walkers ends. The smaller Wellington community finds itself under heavy siege by a massive herd of walkers. With no hope of killing them all, and no chance of keeping them from breaking through, they are forced to flee. The newly displaced Wellington survivors struggle to evade walkers/find food-water/etc. They eventually find a small glimmer of hope as they come across a small, walled settlement; but that hope vanishes quickly as they discover the inhabitants are the group they banished from Wellington months before.
You need a job writing for telltale.
I hope they'd head to Europe or some other place so we finally knew what happens in other countries during the ZA.
It would be fucking cool as well, one episode could be only about they going to the whatever other place they are going by boat or a plane.
Unfortunately Robert Kirkman won't allow that. He said that TWD will always only be happening in the US.

About a teen trying to take care of a baby in the apocalypse.
I think playing as Christa in Wellington after a couple more years would be interesting. She'd have to balance her relationship with a teenaged Clementine (personality determinant on Season 2's choices), care for Rebecca's son (who'd be a toddler), and play a key role in deciding how to run and maintain Wellington. The focus of the narrative would be on protecting and rebuilding a community, rather than constantly roaming around.

The game title isn't "Clementine's Life" it's "THE WALKING DEAD" for god sakes
The odds for a baby to survive in an apocalyptic world are close to 0%
Diseases ? Ever thought of that ?
A baby doesn't have the same immune system as an adult
They can be sick/ill very fast
And without proper equipment, they'd just die
Don't forget that in an apocalyptic world, you could die with just a stupid cold and turn into a zombie
If you get infected, and all that
Actually, I'm already thinking that Kenny should die because of his open wound on his eye
It should get infected (no proper treatment)
Unless he's some kind of super hero (which wouldn't be very realistic)
It would be really cool of the story would focus on a life in a big community like Wellington.
