He was shown if he went with you. His award-winning line: "Better get goin'. Bill don't like Idle hands."
what does that mean? i never seen Nate do anything to him
He actually does show up with Tavia, if he agrees to go with her. He's just a guard.
That line haunts me in my dreams, Russ was my second fav 400 days character.
Apparently he leaves Nate and instead joins Carver's/400 days group

It's possible for your save in 400 days to be corrupted or deleted. It happened to me.

I believe he's stuck with Carver's community because his grandmother is there too, and there are also hints that the community and Carver gradually became fascist rather than from the start.
