After clicking "launch game" on the screen that pops up, I get this little ditty:

My boyfriend has tried anything and everything to fix it,(change screen res, uninstall codec pack, restarting computer, etc..) to no avail. It happens with every episode except number 5. We're running Windows Vista 64 bit, 4 GiB RAM, Radeon 4850 graphics card, Core 2 Duo processor, etc., so it's not a system requirements issue. I e-mailed support a few days ago but haven't gotten a response. My code number is 'issue-15891'

It works. Sorry bout that-I probably never got your email. My school's webclient is horrible. But it works now! thanks! (i think it was the drivers)
