Message to telltale, need help

Hi,

I had a recent computer crash and I lost ALL my walking dead (and wolf among us too) saves. Are you able to help me with something, like generating for me some save games with my choices ?
I beg you, I really enjoy that game and it's not a problem on your side, but I wanna continue the story with my choice and don't fell of doing the game again from the begining. I had 3 saves for my family.

Please, help me....

    I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we are unable to generate save files. Unfortunately you will need to start a new game again. My apologies for any difficulties this may cause you.
