Concerning Flycatcher
I recently read the comics and in them it states that Sheriff Bigby has Flycatcher doing janitorial work (almost permanently) with minor infractions using community service.
In the game though it says that Crane fired him from the Woodlands which ended up him working at the Tweedles.
If he was working there for community service he couldn't technically get fired...

It's been a while since I played the Flycatcher path of The Wolf Among Us, but if I remember correctly, Flycatcher said that Crane let him go, rather than that he fired him.
Flycatchers situation at the woodlands is pretty unusual. It is explained in the comics.
The real thing about him is he considers cleaning his job. If he can't clean he gets homesick and vengeful. You'll hear his vengefulness if you go to Crane's before the Tweedles. Look up his history in 1001 Nights of Snowfall for what he dreams of when he doesn't work.
