How I Want Episode 5 to Go...
Following the exchange of gunfire Clem & Kenny etc. are taken hostage and taken back to Arvo's group's camp where they're re-united with Jane who's also been captured. At the camp they learn that Arvo really does have an ailing sister, that he's unhappy with the group and that they're only keeping him around because he speaks English.
We find out he was stashing the medicine ready for an escape from the camp and he agrees to help Clem etc. escape as long as they take him and his sister along. Despite their various injuries and maladies they're all able to escape in a vehicle that Arvo's group maintains for various sundry purposes.
Episode 5 is basically this process with the finale being the newly established group fleeing the camp and heading out on the road.
Main surviving characters: Clem, Kenny, Bonnie, Jane, Arvo (and the baby).

I can actually see that happening in S2 episode 5, though it would feel a bit repetitive as S2 episode 3 essentially was an escape episode except it cut right before heading out onto the road.
But but... what about Mike?
