Okay... If you choose to not save Doug nor Carley will both of them die? And if they both die... does Lilly shoot ben on the streets? What happens?

If they both die, then it's a game over and you restart with the Carley/Doug choice until you choose somebody.
Lee dies gets pulled through the door and dies too!

it would have been interesting if the game continues if you allowed both of them to die. Telltale should implement a choice like that in the future where you get to choose one character over the other, and choosing none results in their deaths and the story goes on.
