S&M season 1: had to unlock 2 episodes manually

I don't know if this has happened to other people, but when I bought season 1 somewhat recently, I could login to most of the episodes of the game and it'd be unlocked - except for two episodes. I needed to use the serial code to unlock these two episodes (I believe it was episodes 3 and 5).

Not a very big deal, just strange if all of the other episodes WERE automatically unlocked with the season pass. Might want to look into that.

    What happened when you tried to unlock the episodes using your Telltale login and password? If you got an error message, what did it say?
