Season 2 DLC idea - Origins
So, I've seen a few idea threads around so i thought I share this one. I've had it in my head for a few days.
I think we can all kinda agree, 400 Days was a bit everywhere. Unless the 4D characters make an appearance (somehow) in Ep 5, to me it will be kinda a waste of money. They had no real impact at all other than a few cameos in episode 3.
This idea is a bit based on 400 Days. You play as a few different characters, only instead of having an impact in season 3, they go off of choices made in Seasons 1 and 2 OR they go off no choices at all, but just give us a bit of "Origin" to some small characters.
These are ideas for characters. Not saying we play as all of these people, just a few ideas.
1. Lee's Brother.
Of course, choices won't really affect him as we already know his fate (RIP), but i'd like to know a bit about him and possibly meet lee's parents. And I think I can speak for all the fans, I want to see that badass cane again.
2. One Of Clem's parents.
Same deal, no choice affect. We know Clem's dad was attacked by "some crazy guy at the mall" and went to the hospital. Was he one of the first victims? Unlikely, but fun to think about.
3. Molly or Jane (not saying they are the same person, calm down.)
Need I say more?
4. Kenny.
Yes, my Kenny. This would have choice affect. I want to know how he got out of that damn alley/building.
5.Lilly
I admit it, I'm a skeptic. I don't think she will return next ep, but I'd like to know if shes alive and kicking.
6. Carver
I want some Carver origin story, damnit. I feel like I don't know him well enough.
7. Mathew
This could also mean more of Kenny and Sarita. (I'm sorry, I'm a huge Kenny fan. His 'stache intoxicates me)
8.Luke
TBH, I don't really want to list him. But I want to give him just maybe a bit of a chance, a chance for me to like him. I know nothing about the guy other than he likes chicks with short hair. (Yes, I hate Cluke. Its a joke.)
9. Christa
What happened to your baby? If...you don't mind me asking.
10. Victor (aka that guy you didn't give water to because f$ck him its your water)
If done right, (we sympathize with him) I might give him water next time.

Cool, but I doubt TellTale would do all of this, and with Carver he was a interesting character and he seemed like a nice guy but something turned him into Governor 2.0 during the ZA.. (It would explain why he was so desperate to have a child)
This would be cool, but I doubt TT would do this.
Great ideas, especially Lee's brother.
I think they should do a Ben dlc to show how he met Lee and others or even about Bonnie's a little more
But...we already know how he met Lee and the others.
A bit of background about his previous group would be interesting tho.

Carver's "friendliness" was the superficial charm of a sociopath - but Kenny's character arc seems to make me think Bill was once as likable as Kenny was. Look at how the happy-go-lucky dad of Episode 1 has turned into the angry one-eyed psychotic of Amid The Ruins.
I kind of just want to see 400 days cast after more time. Its a nice break from clem and co
A thing that pops up a few times in the comics and related media is that even 'good' people can turn into horrible monsters at the drop of a hat when they are pushed. So it wouldn't be too surprising if its happening to Kenny too.
