Could you imagine how weird it would be if in EP5, Clem and Kenny ended up meeting another group that had Lilly and Christa? I mean those two haven't met before and as far as I can tell I don't think they talked about Lilly to Omid and Christa so she'd have no idea that they both met Kenny and Clem in the past.

That would be unrealistic to me, finding them in the same group.
Kenny mentions Lilly to Christa and Omid in 105 when theyre in the attic, but I doubt she remembers based on everything that happens later.
