Is What Jane said Foreshadowing?

In Episode 4 Jane explains to Clem about her sister, and how she kept pushing her to go on but one day her sister didn't want to go on and wanted Jane to let her go, Could this happen with Kenny? If something happens to the baby, Kenny falls into a depression but Clem keeps pushing him to go on, and then eventually Kenny dosnt want to live anymore, Could this happen? (I doubt the baby will die and I think we will find christa and give it to her) EDIT:This theory could apply to Luke too, But Thoughts?

    It's not realistic for Kenny to fall into depression at this point. If he made it after Katjaa and Duck then nothing will bring him down.

    She was talking about Sarah but telltale starts a lot of things but never explains them like trusting the group and who carver Truly is.
