Why is EP 5 out so early?

Comments

  • they have a lot of games to work on

  • Well, Telltale works on the episodes simultaneously. Maybe they surpassed some of the other episodes in progress earlier on. Could have been a focus point, actually.

  • TellTale has a lot of going on so the sooner they are done with TWD, the better for them I guess...

  • I'm not sure but I'm not too worried. Telltale gave us the season finale for Wolf only like a month after Ep.4 was released and it ended up being one of the best episodes. I'm sure it will be great, and I think Telltale wants to finish this season up so this can get started on Tales.

  • Adding to what the others said, Telltale also releases the season finale much more faster than the rest episodes. Episode five of the first season was also released in like a month, and more recently, the season finale of The Wolf Among Us.

  • Prior to Walking Dead, Telltale had a pretty excellent track record at genuine monthly releases.

Even lately with previous episodes of Walking Dead: Season 2 and Wolf Among Us, Telltale has gotten better at quicker releases, so I wouldn't worry about it. Granted, Episode 5 of Wolf Among Us was a little shorter than usual, but it was still a fantastic episode. As I frequently say, Episode length can help an episode, but it is not the only determinant of quality.

  • I bet they were 50 percent done before or right after ep 4 cane out

  • Well unfortunately it's not "out" yet (AHH can't wait :D)
There's not even a release date confirmed... (A26 i hope XD)
