Are you folks happy about the mods(I think) removing the down vote button?

The mods didn't remove it, the web team did.

And I'm not really that happy over the change.

I'm not sure how I feel, I never really thought of the dislike button to be good or bad, but as long as people are happy with it, I'm happy with it

Plenty of forums have just a like button. It dosnt bother me too much, if I disagree with a post then I'll reply saying that. Or like a post that someone has already disagreed with it.

Each to there own I guess.

I honestly don't care that much one way or the other. Downvotes were pretty much meaningless to begin with. I don't get why people became so hysterical over them.

Then again, we've been hysterical over a lot of things, lately.

I'm just gonna copy & paste my opinion from a different thread.

How anyone can think that it's a good idea to have a voting system which consists only of positive feedback is beyond me. But I guess the main demographic of this board, angsty teenagers, just can't handle the negative backlash at some of their comments, which in many instances is completely justified.

Anywho, off to a era where everybody loves each other,
