Just saw that in the trailer's season one recap, about 1:11 into the video. It shows Kenny locking Lee into a jail cell? When did that happen?

    It's when he tries to save Ben after he falls and gets stabbed. He locks Lee out so he won't try to help and so he'll leave him

    If you dropped Ben, Kenny would 'disappear' after jumping down to save Christa when you drop the walkie-talkie.
